World Mental Health Day

For World Mental Health Day on Wednesday, October 10 I shared my movement practice with 50 men and women in the Toronto community. The journey of mind-body fitness that combines yoga, meditation, music, and dance allowed me to share a part of me that I couldn’t share with you in words, and as a result we shifted something in ourselves and in our world.
